    I am a Christian Counselor specializing in helping survivors of childhood sexual abuse (CSA), domestic violence, and trauma. As a survivor of CSA, I can relate to my client's pain with compassion and understanding. I am also a Sex Therapist and work with couples dealing with infidelity and other sexual problems. In addition, I am a Biofeedback Technician and offer Stress Relief using quantum energy. My personal philosophy is that people are wounded in relationship and that it is in relationship where the greatest healing occurs.

    Heather is a licensed family therapist providing evidence-based diagnosis and treatment services for children and families. She obtained her masters degree in family therapy from the University of Kentucky. She completed her clinical residency training and licensure, with an emphasis on children and adolescents, at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center’s West Central Behavioral Health in Hanover, NH. An AAMFT Clinical Fellow, Heather has worked extensively with children and families for 17 years in both private practice and school settings. She has broad experience in the evaluation and treatment of anxiety, attachment problems, emotional and learning challenges, attention concerns, family transitions, and grief and loss.     Mrs.Pace has been in practice since 1999 and has worked with many different populations. She is the mother of five children and the grandmother of fourteen. Two of her children are adopted. As a former school counselor, she has the ability to work with parents, teachers, and school administrators to meet the needs of school age children. Additionally, as a former Air National Guard Officer, she understands the unique needs of today’s armed forces and works with veterans, active-duty service members and their families. Mrs. Pace provides marriage and family counseling as well as individual counseling. She is a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor. Ms. Pace holds a doctorate of Biblical Theology and will counsel from a Biblical perspective when requested. She has been married to Ed Pace since 1990 and resides in Clyo, Georgia.
